Blackbelt training this Sunday
Sunday Blackbelt training involved 5 hours of patterns, with a dedicated team of Blackbelts eager to finetune the technical components of the patterns. With the 15 volumes as a reference we broke down each pattern and worked through the many areas of refinement. A great day of learning.
