Canberra GM Hwang Seminar May 2014
Taekwon.
Sabums Nigel and Andy travelled to Canberra to participate in an International Instructors seminar conducted by Grandmaster Hwang, 9th Degree ITF, and former assistant to General Choi Hong Hi, at the personal invitation of close friend Sabum Scott Bower.
Sabums Paul and Bower were fortunate to be taken through Tong-il tul, with GM Hwang making repeated comment throughout the weekend on the high level of ITF Taekwon- do in Australia, which is a credit to Senior Master Moore, and the array of International guest Masters and Grandmasters he brings to Australia to teach us. Sabums Paul and Smith were fortunate enough to share Sabum Bowers house with GM Hwang, with the GM going through the General Choi legacy series and 15 volumes, translating to English for us. We would like to thank Sabum Bower for the experience.
Senior Master Moore is hosting Grandmaster Chung in September, where BooSabums Bill and Michael will be testing to 4th Dan. This will be an exciting event not to be missed, see your instructors for more information.
