Any members wanting to buy their own Sparring Mitts (hands and feet) an order will be placed in the near future.

Please note: Members are not required to have their own sparring mitts (hands and feet) but are welcome to order some. We have club sparring gear for members to use albeit limited.
 
You must have your own mouth guard - this is compulsory.
 
Groin guards are compulsory for men.
 
Shin guards are very highly recommended (mad not to!) but not compulsory. Those that have pre-ordered their shin guards have arrived $15/pair.
